BREAST AUGMENTATION
Patients unhappy with the size and/or appearance of their breasts opt for this procedure, where a saline implant is placed over/ under the pectoral muscle, as preferred by the patient. This is done under general anesthesia and takes approximately one to one and a half hours. Many patients having being told by other surgeons that they need a ‘breastlift’, requiring major cutting and leaving extensive scarring, benefit greatly from Dr. Propis’s ‘internal lift’ which requires only an inch long areolar incision, thereby leaving little or no scarring!
